My name is Annett Pée, I was born 1972 in Leipzig (Germany) and I'm the lawyer behind and the founder of International Law Consulting Lapland (ILCL).

I'm a qualified attorney in Germany and I started my international studies with a Masters in European Comparative Law (LL.M. Eur. 2000).

Since 2001 I'm member of the German Bar of Saxony and from 2002 to 2016 I was member of the Italian Bar of Rome.

Between 2001and 2006 I was  working  as  an  associated  lawyer  at  Law  Firm Nunziante  Magrone  in Rome/ Italy and between  2004 and 2005 collaborating  also with the Italian Law firm Barzanò & Zanardo specialized in Intellectual Property Law in Rome/Italy.

Since 2006, I have been advising internationally active companies, mainly in Germany under the name (Internationale Vertrags- und Rechtsberatung/ International Law and Contract Consulting  - ILCC), Finland and Italy, on the drafting of their  international agreements (B2B). Whether international supplier agreements, agency agreements, cooperation agreements, NDAs, R&D agreements, joint venture agreements, license agreements, technology transfer agreements, know how protection, M&A, investment agreements, consortium agreements etc., I can help your company.
